Technicians

Technicians are assigned work orders in the Maintenance Manager for Manufacturer tool. They have identical access as Administrators and can create, assign, perform, and complete all tasks or work orders.

Technicians do not have access to pay rates, labor costs, or any reports that include pay rate calculations.
